Dr Hugh MacPherson

Hugh MacPherson is Senior Research Fellow in Health Sciences at the University of York. He has joint appointments as Honorary Research Director at the Foundation for Research into Traditional Chinese Medicine and Honorary Clinical Director at the York Clinic. His research focuses on complementary and alternative medicine, in particular evaluating effectiveness, mechanisms and safety. He has edited two books and authored more than 100 scientific and clinical articles.
